Hotel confortável, com excelente equipe e fantástica localização.
Hotel com excelente localização, próximo às principais atrações turisticas, restaurantes, mini mercados e lojas. Dá para fazer tudo á pé, até mesmo chegar à estação de trem. O quarto é amplo, com cama confortável e aquecimento adequado. O imóvel é todo reformado, novinho, inclusive o banheiro, com aquecedor para as toalhas. Quarto com vista para rua, com boa iluminação interna e externa. O local do café da manha é agradável, com linda vista e aquecimento durante o inverno, situado na parte superior da edificação. O café da manha não é maravilhoso, mas adequado. Todo o staff é muito delicado e atencioso. O hotel conta com elevador amplo e moderno. Não possui estacionamento, mas há a disponibilização de área de parqueamento próxima, sendo que o hotel oferece a comodidade de contatar o pessoal da garagem que vem pegar o seu carro na porta do hotel. O único cuidado que se deve ter chegando de carro e a utilização do google maps, pois o aplicativo te deixa perdido, levando você a ingressar em áreas de transito restrito e ruas de pedestre.

o hotel é muito simpático com obras de arte espalhadas em todos os andares do hotel , o hotel tem comodidades como microondas e máquina de café á disposição dos hospedes, a equipe do hotel se coloca a disposição para tudo, inclusive para contactar museus e fazer reservas de museus. Além da localização do hotel perto das pontes vc pode desfrutar o entardecer na ponte próxima do hotel que esta em pleno centro histórico de Firenze

Fui muito bem atendida por todos, especialmente pelo recepcionista Vincenzo. Todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. A localização é ótima! Por ser dezembro, a rua estava toda enfeitada e mesmo com todo o movimento, o quarto ficava bem silencioso. Adorei!
